Multi Shots (2K) Precision Injection Mold

We are good at designing and manufacturing multiple injection moulds. These molds were used for power tools, electronic products, automobile interior parts, and etc. 

Each year at least dozens of 2K molds were made and exported to Europe and Unite states. Most 2K molds are between 1 ton and 5 tons in size.

Gas Assisted Injection Mold

It is not difficult to manufacture a set of gas assisted molding mold. The challenge is how to do a good design and how to get proper molding setting and gas setting during mold testing. Our understanding of gas assisted molding molds is not limited to the mold itself, but more importantly, our familiarity with gas assisted molding processes. Whether the product material is PA+GF or PP, ESI can easily handle.

The minimum dimensional tolerance of many of our products is required to be+/0.05mm, and some of them are only+/-0.025mm. BMC Mold

BMC is relatively new to many people, but industrial electrical switches often use this material. Our unique experience will fully guarantee the quality of your BMC products. Insulated BMC materials are often used for electrical switches. We are very familiar with the design of BMC mold and the particularity of mold processing.

Die-casting Mold

Our independent professional die-casting mold design team enables ESI to provide customers with professional die-casting mold design.

Our die-casting molds were used for LED lampshade, radiator and motor housing.
