Part Optimization

The good experience in part optimization from ESI’s professional engineering team, can effectively shorten the gap between new product development and mold making. Through ESI’s analysis and optimization of the parts, the part quality and performance can be improved, the mold reliability and longevity can be improved, the production cost can be reduced. Moreover, it can speed up time to market.

As an extension of customer’s product development, ESI’s professional engineers work closely with customer and provide services,  such as:

● Part performance analysis and test, such as manufacturability and moldability reviews. 

● Material flowability analysis. It makes injection molding easier. 

● Warpage analysis, it is important to the parts which have critical tolerance.

● Wall thickness analysis. For example, improve uneven wall thickness, and lighten part weight. 

● Draft analysis for release from mold. Suggest proper draft according to the texture (or finishing) and material of part.

● Part assembly fit and function analysis.

Mold Engineering

All of ESI’s engineers have engineering degrees. Not only they can use software skillful, but also, they have professional knowledge and practical experience, to provide reliable technical services for customers. 

From the beginning of project kick off, ESI’s engineers pay attention to the requirements or information of customers' products in all aspects: 
product material, product functional requirements, appearance requirements, the potential issues to molding and mold make, etc.

Through our years of experience in mold manufacturing and injection molding, we can improve our customers' product design. Our mold design is not only focused on mold manufacturing, but also on how to reduce the cost of mass production and improve the stability of injection molding. Measurement And Quality Management

There is strict quality control in ESI. Our quality philosophy is to do it right once.

While we do a good job of self-inspection in each process, we will use CMM to measure the electrode and the mold steel after processing.

Our professional team has a full understanding of various standard tolerance systems. For example, ISO 8015, ISO 2768, DIN 16742, DIN 16901, ASME Y14.5M. They have all gone through all kinds of strict training. For example, for the operation of CMM, they have been trained and assessed by CMM manufacturers. Not only that, we have detailed and standardized mold inspection standards and procedures in the assembly stage and mold test stage

Mold Testing And Injection Molding

At ESI, we have a professional, strictly and scientific mold testing process to ensure that the mold is fully tested. ESI professional mold testing engineer and professional scientific mold testing process will provide sufficient guarantee for customer's part and mold. 

In addition to providing customers with detailed reports, we will also carry out more than 300 inspections on the molds for each mold test. The purpose of our mold test is not only to get a good sample, but also to verify the performance of the mold and ensure that customers have sufficient molding windows during mass production. 

Our electric high-speed injection molding machine 100-230Ton is very suitable for injection molding of products with fast molding cycle and thin wallthickness part. Our partner's hydraulic injection molding machine 100-1200Ton is very suitable for injection molding of conventional products. The movable secondary injection unit is convenient for 2K injection mold test. Full-tonnage injection molding machine also provides convenience for small batch trial production of customers. 

Precision Mold Manufacturing

Excellent processing and testing equipment is an important guarantee of our quality.

We have high-precision equipment and testing equipment. Each person in charge of equipment operation shall have at least 10 years of working experience. Erowa fixture are used for all our electrodes mill, EDM, measurement.

Perfect after-sales service makes customers feel free to buy. 

After the customer receives the mold, we will cooperate with the customer in the whole process of testing and provide all kinds of assistance needed by the customer in time until the customer's mold test is successful.
